We all have them. Most likely we are all dealing with something difficult right now. Does life ever give us a break from something bad?
The good news is there is almost always something positive happening. It doesn’t blot out the difficult, but seems to go on regardless of how much bad there is. We need to take time to notice the good or we may be swallowed by pessimism.
We also need to realize everybody has something difficult they’re dealing with. Those difficulties could be death, loss of a job, disease, a breakup or failure. Any one of these can cause others to act strange or moody. We shouldn’t rush to judgement because we don’t know exactly what they are going through. In this situation, it is best to assume they need our empathy and understanding. Be the leader you were meant to be and extend grace, empathy and understanding. You may just help someone on their healing journey.
